INGREDIENTS
Strawberry Orange Popsicles
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mixed Berry Popsicles
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mango Coconut Popsicles
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a popsicle mold (or you can use an ice tray and add popsicle sticks into the centers once the mixture is hard but not frozen)
- Freeze for 8-10 hours.
- Enjoy!
