6 Learning Resources From Our Kids Club Team
[ad_1]
After you’ve worked all day, had a workout, played with the kids, made dinner, and everything in-between, it’s hard to figure out storytime and other fun activities for your family. Did you know that there are tons of ways to make learning with your kids even better than before? Our Kids Club team has gathered some wonderful resources for you to check out.
The Benefits Of Reading With Your Kids
As this article by PBS so beautifully points out, sometimes reading can help your kid communicate their complex feelings to you in ways that they aren’t quite sure how to articulate yet. Like, in the PBS example, if a character is scared, angry, or sad, your kid may be able to tell you that they relate to those feelings, helping to clarify any change in attitude that they may be having. After all, our feelings are very complicated, and it can be frustrating for our little humans not to be able to articulate them to us. But, beyond that, reading can help your kid in their cognitive development and countless other ways. You can start to read to your children in their prenatal stage, and your child can continue to read through the rest of their lives. Reading out loud to your child even helps them to develop language skills.
Helping Your Child Learn In Other Ways
Whether your child needs some resources for fun activities, learning a new language, getting their wiggles out, or learning some new skills, we have you covered here. With technology at our fingertips, there is no limit to what your kid can learn, so we wanted to give you some great websites and apps to check out.

Just as our adult worlds are busy and stressful, kids’ worlds are too. They are dealing with shifts in their entire routines. School, work, and play are all happening in the same four walls, and even before now, the stresses of learning, sports, and navigating life as they grow can get to them. Your child can learn self-care skills to help them de-stress when life gets overwhelming with Cosmic Kids Yoga.
Our Kids Club team dearly misses your little ones. We want to continue to help as you navigate through this time, and we hope that you can find use in one or all of these resources. We cannot wait to see your whole family in our clubs very soon!
