Spicy Peanut Spaghetti 🍝

In about 10 minutes, a nutty, subtly spicy sauce is swirled with noodles. It is the simplest and quickest takeout meal you can create in your own kitchen! It is also a low-carbohydrate, high-fiber meal.

Servings 1 cup


  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Lemon juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
  • water
  • veggies of your choice
  • chopped walnuts and coriander
  • Olives
  • Whole Wheat/Durum Wheat Spaghetti


  • Noodles should be cooked according to the directions on the package.
  • Meanwhile, stir together peanut butter, chilli flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice, sugar, and ginger in a large mixing bowl. (The sauce may appear curdled at first, but continue whisking until smooth.)
  • Drain the noodles, then add them to the bowl with the sauce and stir until well coated.
  • If desired, garnish with scallions and peanuts. Add additional chilli flakes if you want it spicier.
